Djuna Watt Bennett
Owner

Djuna

Djuna is the owner of AB Solution and a certified Pilates instructor. She is certified by both the New York Guild and Power Pilates and has been teaching Pilates in Newport Beach for the last 15 years. Djuna has also been practicing orthopedic physical therapy for over 30 years.

Djuna believes that Classical Pilates offers a more holistic and effective approach for healing injuries than other treatments offered in more traditional settings. As a physical therapist, Djuna can accept a physician’s prescription and bill most insurance companies for the use of Pilates for injury rehabilitation.

Suzie Young

Suzie

Suzie is certified through Power Pilates’ comprehensive training program and has been teaching Classical Pilates for the last 8 years. As a lifelong competitive and recreational athlete, she has experienced the rehabilitative benefits of Pilates first-hand, as well as the extra edge that regular Pilates practice gives her in each of her athletic endeavors.

As an athlete herself, Suzie takes an athletic approach in the training that she offers AB Solution’s clients. Whether teaching group classes or private lessons, aims to show each of her clients how Pilates can increase their physical stamina, stretch, and stability, as well as the positive effect that the practice has on every aspect of daily life.

Mandy Hernandez

Mandy

Mandy is certified through Power Pilates and has been teaching Classical Pilates at AB Solution since 2010. Her passion for Pilates was immediately ignited when she experienced the positive mind and body impact of the practice.

Mandy believes that fitness maximizes one’s attitude, self-confidence, physique, and overall well-being. She applies this attitude, along with her classical training, in her private and group sessions, as well as outside the Pilates studio. Mandy is most fulfilled when she sees her clients getting great results from their practice.
